2023 Honda CR-V Interior, Specs & Photo

The 2023 Honda CR-V Interior, Specs & Photo: has been a mainstay in the market since it first appeared way back in 1997. We’ve regularly recommended the CR-V because it’s spacious The CR-V receives a complete redesign for 2023. It’s hardly surprising that Honda made this latest generation bigger than its predecessor since size matters—even in a compact SUV. The new CR-V has 1.6 inches larger wheelbase than the previous model, increasing rear legroom. The amount of cargo is the same as before. Notably, there is no longer a difference between the hybrid and standard CR-V models in terms of maximum cargo space.

It’s interesting to note that Honda no longer promotes a “CR-V Hybrid”. The hybrid system is now standard on the top trim levels of the CR-V. This year, Honda upgraded the hybrid, and we’ve discovered that it offers a little bit quicker acceleration and better general driving characteristics. However, it can still be loud at times, and our real-world fuel economy test results weren’t very impressive. The 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that powers the CR-V stays the same.

The 2023 Honda CR-V Performance

The 2023 Honda CR-V is not a track star, but in comparison to other small SUVs, it seems responsive and composed. The hybrid Sport Touring car we tested reached 60 mph in 8.0 seconds of acceleration. That is standard for the class, and the regular 1.5-liter engine should achieve a comparable time.

In an emergency, the brakes function properly and facilitate a smooth stop. We also appreciate how smoothly the hybrid system operates when driving in cities, but climbing steep mountain slopes may be taxing. The CR-V maintains composure and controls when turning. You get enough feedback from the responsive steering to get a good idea of what’s going on on the road.

The 2023 Honda CR-V Interior

How is the inside? The CR-interior V’s is logically designed. Both rows have plenty of space, and the big windows create an airy feeling that we like in a tiny SUV. Additionally, all that glass improves external visibility. Although it’s more difficult to look out the back, the CR-V includes Honda’s excellent wide-angle rearview camera. The 2023 Honda CR-V has spacious door openings, and all of the seats are positioned such that adults can easily slide into them. Additionally, getting comfortable is simple thanks to the front row seats’ generous fore-and-aft adjustment and the rear seatbacks’ reclining capabilities.

The 2023 Honda CR-V Technology

The Honda CR-V boasts an efficient operating system that is quick to touch and simple to operate, despite the fact that the regular 7-inch touchscreen and an optional 9-inch touchscreen are not precisely the best in their class. Wireless connectivity is required for smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Sport Touring’s inbuilt navigation system offers excellent routing and advice but only has basic-looking maps.
